Get Involved

As a Christ-Centered community of faith, we encourage all our members to contribute to the life and mission of the church. There are many ways for people to get involved.

Worship
Our members share their gifts through song leading, playing music, worship leading, ushering and children’s story.  We meet for worship every Sunday at 11:00 am. .

Sunday School
9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
We offer Sunday School classes each Sunday (except on long weekends) from September to the end of May.   Children and adults are welcome to participate.

Mixed Choir
Between September and May, our mixed choir meets every Thursday at 7:00pm to rehearse. We sing a variety of styles and participate in Sunday morning worship and on special occasions. All are welcome to join.

Men’s Choir
After the mixed choir rehearsal, the men’s choir rehearses. Like the mixed choir, we sing a variety of styles and participate in Sunday morning worship and on special occasions. All male singers are welcome to join.

Bible Studies

We offer two Bible Study groups. One group meets in the evening on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month. Our studies begin at 7:00pm. Our women Bible Study group meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, in the morning at 9:30am. We do not meet in June, July & August. If you are looking for a deeper understanding of Scripture, please join us!

Ten Thousand Villages Sale
Every October, together with Calvery United Church, we host a Ten Thousand Villages sale. If you would like to volunteer during the sale, please contact the church. To learn more about Ten Thousand Villages, follow the link www.tenthousandvillages.ca/

Person to Person Ministry
Person to Person (P2P) is a restorative justice ministry engaging Christian volunteers in relationships with offenders/ex-offenders.  Volunteers have opportunities to visit prisoners, or join a team of community volunteers who support high risk released offenders, through “Circles of Support and Accountability” (COSA).
To inquire about this warm, relationship-focused ministry, contact Dale Schiele at (306)763-6224 or dschielesasktel.net
P2P is sponsored by Mennonite Church Saskatchewan and Correctional Services Canada.
